Johnson Tool has been providing custom innovative precision machining services since 1986. We operate in Charlton Massachusetts In our modern 20,000 sq. ft. facility, which has allowed us the opportunity to expanding machining technology, increase quality, and provide excellent customer service.

Company Profile: Full service precision contract machine shop. Specializing in short to medium run machining of general and high precision components, fixture assemblies, and gages. Services are CNC milling, CNC turning, Wire EDM, Jig boring, Grinding (surface, form & cylindrical ID & OD,) full inspection department. Our additional services include a vast proven vendor base of services i.e. Jig grinding, deep-hole drilling, welding, coatings, heat treating, and more. Material includes titanium, alloy steels, tool steels, stainless steels, bronze alloys, copper alloys, aluminum alloys, plastics, urethanes, and machinable ceramics. Other special services which include, parts marking, expert packing & shipping, blanket release orders.
